Maine Path and Paddle Guides • 5 Easter Ave. Windham, ME 04062
 Who We Are:

Big Black Rapids David Butler, Tim Emery and Deb Wilson
We have been canoeing and camping together for over six years. We've taken folks down many of Maine's premier wilderness canoe rivers and lakes. We gained our leadership experience taking our young families, and many of our friends into the wilds of Maine.

Registerd Maine Guide Patch Tim , David and Deb are Registered Maine Guides, licensed by the Maine Department of Inland Fish and Wildlife. We are committed to providing a safe, legal and quality wilderness experience. We have many moons gaining respect and reverence for the Maine outdoors.

• Our philosophy is to provide you with a safe Maine wilderness experience, understanding your abilities and desires. We believe and follow minimum impact camping practices, have a deep wilderness ethic and abide by all the laws of the great State O' Maine.

• Family canoe camping. We hope to provide services that other guides and outfitters may not offer. Canoeing allows families to access remote areas with children without the worry of lugging all that extra gear that you need for the little ones. Go ahead, bring the port-a-crib and sassy seat, we'll even make sure you have time to enjoy nature and take in those beautiful sunsets too. The shared adventure of camping with small children, experiencing wilderness, and gaining outdoor skills will provide paddling and hiking adventures that will be cherished family memories. We have experienced many of the challenges, know what the limits are, and have learned from our experience. You will be surprised how much fun kids of all ages have on wilderness camping trips!

• Senior canoe camping. Another goal is to provide seniors with an outdoor wilderness adventure that they can be assured is geared to their abilities and interests. Canoeing on flat water lakes allows for you to paddle along at a pace that you are comfortable with. Our trips are planned with plenty of time to relax and explore around camp each day. Trips can even be set up to stay in the same camp for multiple days. This provides the maximum rest and relaxation.

• Our shorter trips may be just the introduction for families and seniors alike who have an interest in our spectacular Maine woods, lakes and rivers.
